The Custom Wheel Shop Purpose and Disclaimer
The Custom Wheel Shop products are manufactured to exceed OEM
manufacturer’s specifications and are the highest quality available
to market today. All products are produced to fit factory OE
vehicles. We are unable to qualify aftermarket products for
applications such as oversize shock housings, suspension
modifications, exhaust modifications or brake modifications. The
customer should consult with the manufacturer of those products for
compatibility.

The Custom Wheel Shop requires a copy of the original receipt with
any returned product. Product is warranted for any defect in
material or workmanship as follows:
•
Structural lifetime warranty to original
retail purchaser
•
Chrome is 1 year from INVOICE DATE, face
of wheel only
•
Cosmetic is 30 days from INVOICE DATE,
must be prior to installation (Mounted wheels VOID this warranty)

Any products from outside manufacturers
are warranted by the original manufacturer warranty.
This warranty is not applicable to The Custom Wheel Shop products
if:
•
Corrosion or damage occurred due to
improper maintenance
•
Damage or structural failures occur as a
result of an accident or road conditions
•
Damage or structural failures occur as a
result of racing applications
Replacements:
Original wheels must be returned and inspected (see Returns) before
a replacement can be sent out.

The Custom Wheel Shop will review all warranty returns. If returned
products are not found to
be subject to warranty coverage, the product will be returned to the
sender, without repair or replacement, at the sender’s expense. Any
unwarranted products will be scrapped or discarded 30 days after
customer has been contacted.Wheels purchased as seconds, blemished,
special deals or closed-out sales are not eligible for any warranty
adjustment.
